Guardian readers love their wild and furry friends and we're on a hunt to find The Cutest in the Bay!

It's a battle of the pets and there can only be 1 ultimate winner in the 3 categories: 1. Dogs 2. Cats 3. Other.  The Guardian editorial staff will pick the top 5 finalists in each category that will move on to the final round.  The 15 finalists will have their pet's photo in the March 17th issue, from which Guardian readers will elect The Cutest Pet in the Bay!

Winners in each category will be featured in the PET Issue, on stands March 31st and receive prize packages from  EmBARKadero Social Club, Cheengoo, and Nuena.

To enter, send a short paragraph on why your animal is The Cutest in the Bay and one photo to promos@sfbg.com (subject line: Cutest Pet in the Bay).  Or mail to : Cutest Pet in the Bay, c/o Guardian, 135 Mississippi St, San Francisco, CA 94107.  All entries must be in house by 3/15 by 2pm.
